I've been trying out cupcake recipes (fillings and frostings). I love baking and especially decorating the finished product. I know these two cupcakes aren't the most "decorated" cupcakes, but they turned out pretty yummy. They each have a delicious filling inside. Mmmm mmm! And here they are:
I call this one "Double Chocolate Mousse Cupcake". Chocolate devils food cake with a chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting sprinkled with shaved chocolate. Oooh la la!
And this one I call "Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake". Chocolate devils food cake with a peanut butter filling and dark chocolate glazed icing sprinkled with peanut pieces. Oh baby!
Very original names, I know. I just made them up on the spot, if you couldn't tell. ;-)
