So I sell children's paintings on canvases on Etsy. Recently I got a request to do one for a customer in Kansas who wanted me to do some flip flops for her daughters beach themed room and gave me this picture of her bedspread for the inspiration so that it would match:
Here is what I came up with:
There is a bamboo tie at the top to hang it with but I'm kicking myself because didn't think to take a picture of it. Oh well. I like to add things like flowers and jewels to my paintings for a little somethin' extra.
This is the first time I've been given a picture and then given the freedom to do what I thought she would like. It was awesome.
